Parcels are mailed out the day after we receive payment. Friday to Sunday parcels may be consolidated and mailed out on Sunday as SingPost does not deliver mail on Saturdays and Sundays.
We will take a photo of your COP and email or PM you on Facebook! Item number on the top right hand corner ("R25" in this case) is for our packer to double check the right item has been included ;)
Your parcel should reach you in 3-5 working days from the date we mailed it, if you don't receive it, do let us know and we will march to SingPost on your behalf waving our COP! ^^
All our parcels have the Tiffique Blogshop 4"x3" Return Address Sticker behind, so there is no reason for your parcels to go missing unless the postman delivered to the wrong letterbox! If the address is wrong, SingPost will always mail it back to our SingPost My Mail Box 888129 address.
Registered Mail
Paying $2.25 more for Registered Mail buys you peace of mind.
It comes with a SingPost Tracking number & Redelivery Service. If you're not at home when the Postman comes knocking, rearrange another delivery date and time at your own convenience (free).

For Urgent Cases! (A.M. Mail)
We do not do meetups, but SingPost has an A.M. Mail service at $2.60 (to letterbox) & $3.90 (to doorstep) you can use. SingPost promises that all mail sent before 5pm will receive by 11am the next working day.
Unlike Registered Mail it does not come with a tracking number, but there is always a unique Delivery Note number eg A000756 or similar. We will always keep the Delivery Note in case you do not receive it and we will be able to track it with SingPost.
For Overseas Orders
Unfortunately at this point in time we only accept SGD$ currency to be transferred between Singapore banks UOB and POSB/DBS. Do let us know which item you are interested in and we will get it weighed at the post office for a non-obligatory quote!
